8-Week Wellness challenge (February – April)

11 people from our staff embarked on an accountability wellness challenge in February. For 8 weeks, they had to keep track of their accomplishments daily. They had to do their best to exercise 5 times a week, stay away from junk food, stay well hydrated, stop eating before 9 pm and post on a private Facebook group every day. 8 weeks is a timeframe that usually allows you to build or break habits. They were given a weekly tracking sheet, and at the end of the 8 weeks, the person with more points would win $300. This challenge ended on April 3rd and everyone literally “crushed” it! Our winner was Rachel. It was a very fun time, everyone was incredibly supportive and formed healthier habits. You can keep an eye out; we should have another accountability challenge in September!
